SHIPPING & LOGISTICS PROCEDURE

STAGE ONE: Customer Order Placement (WebApp Ordering)

Mteja huanza safari ya uagizaji kwa kuweka oda kupitia Masha Global Link WebApp.

Mchakato huu unahusisha:

  • Mteja kuchagua aina ya huduma (Air Freight / Sea Freight / Groupage / Full Container)
  • Kujaza taarifa za bidhaa:
    • Aina ya bidhaa
    • Kiasi (quantity)
    • Uzito au size (kama inajulikana)
    • Link ya bidhaa (Alibaba, 1688, Taobao n.k)
  • Kuchagua huduma ya:
    • Sourcing (kama hana supplier)
    • Shipping Only (kama tayari ana supplier)

Baada ya ku-submit oda, mfumo huzalisha Order ID kwa ajili ya ufuatiliaji.


STAGE TWO: Supplier Sourcing & Verification (China)

Kwa wateja wanaohitaji sourcing, timu ya Masha Global Link China Office:

  • Hutafuta supplier sahihi na wa kuaminika kupitia:
    • Alibaba
    • 1688.com
    • Taobao
    • Made-in-China
    • Pinduoduo
  • Hufanya supplier verification:
    • Ubora wa bidhaa
    • Bei ya kiwandani
    • MOQ
    • Lead time
  • Huwasilisha quotation kwa mteja kupitia webapp au WhatsApp/email kwa uthibitisho.

Baada ya mteja kuridhia, hatua ya manunuzi huanza.


STAGE THREE: Purchase & Shipping Instruction

Baada ya bidhaa kununuliwa:

  • Supplier huomba Shipping Mark (Jina la mteja + Namba ya simu)
  • Masha Global Link humpa supplier Official China Warehouse Address (Air au Sea)
  • Supplier hutuma mzigo kwenda Masha Global Link China Warehouse

Supplier atatoa:

  • Chinese Tracking Number
  • Tarehe ya kutuma mzigo
  • Invoice ya supplier (kama inahitajika)

STAGE FOUR: China Warehouse Receiving & Inspection

Mzigo unapofika kwenye warehouse yetu China:

  • Timu hupokea na kukagua mzigo:
    • Idadi (quantity)
    • Aina ya bidhaa
    • Uharibifu wowote
  • Mzigo husajiliwa kwenye Masha Global Link Logistics System
  • Mteja hupokea notification ya mzigo kufika warehouse

Huduma za ziada (kama mteja ameomba):

  • Repacking
  • Consolidation (kuchanganya mizigo)
  • Labeling
  • Quality check

STAGE FIVE: Cargo Invoice & Payment Approval

Baada ya usajili wa mzigo:

  • Timu hutengeneza Cargo Invoice inayojumuisha:
    • Aina ya bidhaa
    • Uzito/CBM
    • Njia ya usafirishaji (Air/Sea)
    • Gharama ya shipping
    • Gharama za huduma zingine
  • Cargo Invoice hutumwa kwa mteja kupitia webapp/WhatsApp/email

Baada ya mteja:

  • Kuhakiki invoice
  • Kuthibitisha
  • Kukamilisha malipo kulingana na masharti ya kampuni

Mzigo huandaliwa kwa safari.


STAGE SIX: Shipment Departure & Tracking

Mzigo huandaliwa kwa:

  • Air Freight au
  • Sea Freight

Masha Global Link itamjulisha mteja:

  • Tarehe ya kuondoka (ETD)
  • Makadirio ya kufika (ETA)

Mteja ataweza kufuatilia mzigo wake kupitia:

  • Masha Global Link Tracking System
  • Updates za mara kwa mara (status updates)

STAGE SEVEN: Arrival, Customs Clearance & Handling (Tanzania)

Mzigo unapofika Tanzania:

  • Timu ya logistics hushughulikia:
    • Port/Airport handling
    • Customs clearance (kulingana na makubaliano ya mteja)
  • Mteja hupokea Arrival Notice kupitia:
    • Simu
    • WhatsApp
    • Notification ya mfumo

Endapo kuna tozo za mwisho (kama zipo), mteja hufahamishwa kabla ya kutoa mzigo.


STAGE EIGHT: Cargo Release & Final Delivery

Baada ya clearance:

  • Mteja ana chaguo la:
    • Kuchukua mzigo kwenye warehouse ya Masha Global Link
    • Kupelekewa mzigo mpaka mlangoni (door delivery)
  • Mteja husaini uthibitisho wa kupokea mzigo

Huduma inahitimishwa rasmi.


STAGE NINE: After-Sales Support

Baada ya delivery:

  • Masha Global Link hutoa:
    • Support kwa maswali
    • Ushauri kwa oda inayofuata
    • Huduma za group shipping na bulk orders
  • Historia ya oda hubaki kwenye webapp kwa reference ya baadaye.
